MyAmino Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Amino Health Inc. (“Amino Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the MyAmino portal, available at myamino.health (the “Portal”).
By creating an account or using the Portal, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you may not use the Portal.
2. Eligibility
Patients and Authorized Representatives: You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account independently. A parent or legally authorized guardian may create and manage an account on behalf of a minor patient.
Providers: You must be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized staff member of a healthcare practice that has an established relationship with a Client Laboratory using AminoCloud services.
All Users: You must be authorized by a Client Laboratory to access the Portal. Access is granted and managed by the applicable Client Laboratory.
3. Description of Services
The Portal enables:
- Patients to receive and review clinical laboratory results
- Patients to receive notifications when results are available
- Providers to review results for patients under their care
- Secure messaging between patients, providers, and Client Laboratories
- Account management for notification preferences and contact information
The Portal is a communication and results delivery tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Laboratory results delivered through the Portal should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare provider.
4. Accounts and Access
4.1 Account Creation
Accounts are provisioned by the Client Laboratory or by invitation. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during account setup. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@aminocloud.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4.3 Access Control
Access to specific features, results, and communications within the Portal is controlled by the applicable Client Laboratory. Amino Health does not independently grant or revoke clinical access permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Access the Portal without authorization or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user's account
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to disrupt or damage the Portal
- Use the Portal to transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or harassing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any portion of the Portal
- Circumvent or disable any security feature of the Portal
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Portal
- Use the Portal for any purpose that violates applicable federal or state law
6. SMS Terms
If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from Amino Health Inc. (MyAmino), the following terms apply:

- Message frequency: Varies
- Msg & data rates may apply
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- To opt back in: Reply START

Opting out of SMS notifications does not deactivate your Portal account. You will still be able to log in to view results and messages. Your opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with any third party.
7. Privacy and HIPAA
Your use of the Portal is subject to our Privacy Policy at myamino.health/privacy. To the extent the Portal processes Protected Health Information, such processing is governed by the Business Associate Agreements between Amino Health Inc. and the applicable Client Laboratory. Patients seeking to exercise their HIPAA rights (access, amendment, accounting of disclosures) should contact the applicable Client Laboratory directly.
8. No Medical Advice
The Portal delivers laboratory results and facilitates communication. Nothing in the Portal or in any communication sent through the Portal constitutes medical advice. Laboratory results must be interpreted by a qualified healthcare provider in the context of your individual clinical situation. Do not make medical decisions solely based on results viewed in the Portal without consulting your provider.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials comprising or available through the Portal are the property of Amino Health Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Portal without our prior written consent.
10. Disclaimers
The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amino Health Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of laboratory results or other clinical information transmitted through the Portal. That responsibility lies with the applicable Client Laboratory.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amino Health Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Portal, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Portal shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amino Health Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Portal, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, at the direction of the applicable Client Laboratory, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Portal ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Portal shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or an in-portal notice. Your continued use of the Portal following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
